As I type this Danny Boyle’s huge production that is the London 2012 Olympic Games opening ceremony is in full swing, and just before dusk we, and indeed the worldwide watching audience of billions were treated to a superb little short film featuring 007 and the Queen herself flying a bloody helicopter over our great city! Yes, Bond was seen entering Buckingham Palace for a rendevous with our head of state, before leaving the corgi’s behind and jetting off to the Olympic stadium in Stratford and then skydiving right on in.
The BBC have literally just shared the clip on You Tube if you happened to miss it.
