ONE MINUTE TO MIDNIGHT – Michael Dobbs’ book on the Cuban missile crisis – is set for the big-screen with George Nolfi (THE ADJUSTMENT BUREAU) attached to rewrite the script and direct.
Dobbs book is renowned as the authority on those petrifying days in 1962 where the world seemed set to implode so this movie could be heavy going but a fascinating insight into a massive part of recent history.
THN will be watching from the bunker, but will you give it a look? Let us know below.

Sam is a bloody lovely lad born and raised in Bristol (he’s still there and can’t escape). Favourite films include THE LOST BOYS, DRIVE, FIGHT CLUB and COMMANDO, well pretty much any 1980s Arnie film you can throw his way…even RED SONJA. Sam once cancelled a Total Film subscription after they slagged off Teen Wolf. He resubscribed 2 days later.
