The two films I am waiting for impatiently this year are LIFE OF PI and THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS. Both for very different reasons. One of them looks to be a mad bloodbath with unexpected action sequences and the other stars RZA. THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS has just released a new still via the official facebook page.
The still doesn’t show much, but the background does hint towards the wonderful use of colour as demonstrated in both the poster and the trailer. Can’t wait to see Russell Crowe in a martial arts movie and I wonder if he’ll just be a gun slinger or if he’ll do some high-kicks of his own.
THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS shall be released in the US 2nd November 2012. It stars Russell Crowe, Lucy Lui, RZA, Jamie Cheung, Pam Grier, Rick Yune and Byron Mann.
