Exclusive Look At The ‘Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection’ Box-Set (& Clips!)

If you’re a HARRY POTTER fan, this news (and box-set) will be a dream come true for you! On 10th September the Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection goes on sale to the general public, and we have some exclusive clips to show you. However, this isn’t just any normal film box-set. This collection is the largest and most comprehensive Warner Bros. have ever released. Ever.

The 31-disc collection includes all 8 films and a whopping 37 hours of special features, including 4 hours of behind-the-scenes footage that has never been seen before. Presented in a stunning gift box, it also includes eight pieces of movie memorabilia (including your own fabric map of the Hogwarts grounds and a Horcrux prop locket!), prop labels for things such as potion bottles, a Catalogue of Artifacts, concept art prints and a certificate of authenticity.

However, the real gem of the collection is the huge selection of footage that has been carefully selected and edited. Below, we have three clips for you. The first shows us how the special effects were created for the first and second HARRY POTTER films of the franchise, specifically focusing on the wizarding sport of choice: quidditch. The second shows gives us a glimpse into the life of Daniel Radcliffe’s stunt double, while the third shows how the team created a larger-than-life Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane), with a little help from a giant, foam suit. If you were to purchase this 8kg monster, you could also watch all 8 films, including the theatrical and extended versions of HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER’S STONE and HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS, as well as the 3D versions of the epic 2-part finale. I don’t think it could get any better!

Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection goes on sale from 10th September. Get in there quick before they sell out!

Considering Jazmine grew up watching CARRY ON SCREAMING, THE LION KING and JURASSIC PARK on repeat for weeks on end, it made sense for her to study film at London South Bank University. It’s also a good thing that her course requires a lot of sitting down because she’s very accident-prone. When she’s not examining her bruises, she likes pretending that she doesn’t live in Southend-On-Sea and spends hours mindlessly blogging. Favourite films include BLUE VALENTINE, ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND and TOY STORY 2.
