Kevin Kline To Star In ‘The Last Of Robin Hood’

Kevin Kline is set to star in a biopic of Errol Flynn, the most famous Robin Hood of all time. Errol Flynn may have been a dashing matinee idol, but he has become just as famous for his off screen indiscretions and Lothario nature. The film will concentrate on his later life, just before he passed away at the age of 50. At the time of his death, he was in a relationship with 17-year-old Beverly Aadland. Apparently Errol Flynn would engage in sex whenever he could, and when his father showed up at Errol’s dressing room unannounced one day, guess what Errol was up to? I guess after having lost his virginity at the age of 12 to his families maid, nothing was shocking anymore.

Kevin Kline certainly has the acting chops and the correct look to pull off an aged Flynn. I’ve never been a fan of THE ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD, for me it’s Costner or no Hood at all.

Luke likes many things, films and penguins being among them. He's loved films since the age of 9, when STARGATE and BATMAN FOREVER changed the landscape of modern cinema as we know it. His love of film extends to all aspects of his life, with trips abroad being planned around film locations and only buying products featured in Will Smith movies. His favourite films include SEVEN SAMURAI, PASSION OF JOAN OF ARC, IN BRUGES, LONE STAR, GODZILLA, and a thousand others.
