The loveable excellence of SHAUN OF THE DEAD and HOT FUZZ have made sure any film that reunites the trio of writer/director Edgar Wright, writer/star Simon Pegg and regular collaborator Nick Frost is going draw a lot of fan attention. And now, their conclusion to the ‘Cornetto’ or ‘Blood and ice-cream’ trilogy comes in the form of THE WORLD’S END.
The film will follow a group of friends’ attempts to achieve a fabled, epic pub crawl that the bunch have yet to complete during multiple pursuits. Their latest endeavour however, sees the group unknowingly stagger from one drinking establishment to the next with the planet on the brink of destruction.
We have the latest teaser poster from the comedy slated for the 13th August 2013.
Rosamund Pike, Eddie Marsan, Paddy Considine and Martin Freeman co-star.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
