Let’s be honest. LIFE OF PI is going to be incredible. No debate. No discussion. It just is. A book many considered unfilmable has given us some of the most emotionally stirring and inspirational trailers/visuals of all time. Because of this fact, I’m all for the constant flurry of posters we’ve received over the last few months, especially since they cover the same ground, but represent the familiar images in new and artistic ways. My favourite this time around just has to be the meerkats, with their gorgeous and curious little faces.
LIFE OF PI is directed by Ang Lee and stars newcomer Suraj Sharma as a young boy trapped on a lifeboat with a tiger, a zebra, an orangutan, and a hyena. On his voyage he learns a lot about himself, hope, faith, and courage.
LIFE OF PI is released 20th December 2012. It stars Suraj Sharma, Rafe Spall, Irrfan Khan, and Gérard Depardieu.
