Yes, we’re going to mention the dreaded C word, Christmas…of course! If you need some inspired inspiration or potential possibilities, we’re here to throw some thoughts your way over the next two weekends to try and help clear those present-idea cobwebs!
It doesn’t have to be all worry and last minute panic; we’re going to be featuring the best gadgets, an assortment of film and television box-sets that you can get stuck into, the latest collectible vinyl figures and the most amazing film-inspired T-Shirts. There is, indeed, plenty for everyone. So let’s start with the big one, the boy who lived…Harry Potter and more specifically, that outstanding Wizard’s Collection and this isn’t any old box set, oh no, this collection is the largest and most comprehensive Warner Bros have ever released. Ever.
The 31-disc collection includes all 8 films and a whopping 37 hours of special features, including 4 hours of behind-the-scenes footage that has never been seen before. Presented in a stunning gift box, it also includes eight pieces of movie memorabilia (including your own fabric map of the Hogwarts grounds and a Horcrux prop locket!), prop labels for things such as potion bottles, a Catalogue of Artifacts, concept art prints and a certificate of authenticity.

And we’re not finished yet, Potter-fans! For those who still haven’t visited the Warner Bros Tour then we have to recommend it and the doors are open at the studio where it all began. You are now able to step into the original Great Hall, first built for HARRY POTTER AND THE PHILOSOPHER’S STONE, experience green screen technology and marvel at the breathtaking miniature scale model of Hogwarts castle. The attraction allows you the the chance to see firsthand the sheer scale and detail of the actual sets, costumes, animatronics, special effects and props that have been used in all eight films!
In addition to the Great Hall, some of the most iconic sets featured in the attraction include Dumbledore’s office, Diagon Alley, the Ministry of Magic, 4 Privet Drive, Gryffindor common room and the famous kitchen of the Weasley’s.
