BREAKING BAD’s excellent Bryan Cranston will soon shoot the acclaimed shows final season but the actor (so wasted in this summers TOTAL RECALL remake), is already eyeing projects away from AMC’s iconic series. Cranston has been confirmed to headline crime-thriller EYES OF WINTER, the story of a down-on-her-luck motel owner who, along with her children, are taken captive by a nearly blind crook to be his ‘eyes’ as he aims to steal back a stack of cash from the corrupt cop who double crossed him.
Alice Eve, soon to be seen in sci-fi sequel STAR TREK: INTO DARKNESS, will take the role of the struggling motel owner, with PROMETHEUS actor Logan Marshall Green playing the thieving cop who’s about to face the wrath of Cranston’s career criminal. Ursula Parker and Leo Fitzgerald (playing the children) are also onboard for the film set to be directed by Tze Chun (CHILDREN OF INVENTION).
