One film that has garnered very mixed opinions from us at THN is V/H/S, the found-footage horror anthology that is still yet to receive a UK release. Well the title for the sequel has just been announced and it is S-VHS, which stands for Super-VHS for those of you not in the know. I was hoping for the title to be Betamax or Hi8, but maybe next time. We also have the first image from the film now available, and it all looks rather bloody and disturbing. The first film scared the socks off me so I’m hoping for more of the same chills and rather inventive stories.
Directors that will be bringing their horror chops to S-VHS include Jason Eisener, Gareth Evans and Timo Tjahjanto, Eduardo Sanchez and Greg Hale, Adam Wingard and Simon Barrett.
