Last night in Londontown, there was the UK Premiere for the Netflix and Kevin Spacey-led House Of Cards, a new original political drama series that has none-other-than David Fincher as an executive producer. We’ve got you THN readers some coverage from the gathering that took place at the Odeon, West End.
Despite the freezing conditions, the premiere was attended by cast members Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright and Kate Mara as well as Director David Fincher and writer Beau Willimon, the man who’s play Farragut North was recently adapted into THE IDES OF MARCH starring George Clooney and Ryan Gosling.
House Of Cards is described as a thrilling political drama about power and the shadowy world of greed, sex, corruption and politics in modern day D.C. House of Cards is available only on Netflix, from February 1st. The premiere was in association with The Old Vic, that star and acting legend Kevin Spacey also owns on the The Cut near Waterloo.
