The director of the surprise hit musical comedy PITCH PERFECT, Jason Moore, is looking at helming Universal Pictures’ comedy THE NEST. What makes the project all the more exciting is that the hilarious 30 ROCK and SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE actress Tina Fey is looking to headline the project, which has an original script by Paul Pella.
The plot will follow two sisters who spend a final wacky weekend in their childhood home after their parents put the property up for sale. No word yet on who would appear as the ‘other’ sister alongside Fey, but don’t be surprised to see frequent collaborator Amy Poehler co-star, after the duo’s excellent hosting of this years Golden Globes Awards.
Fey is currently shooting sequel THE MUPPETS… AGAIN! in London, and will next be seen the comic drama ADMISSION alongside Paul Rudd.
