I’m getting very excited about Park Chan Wook’s English language debut, STOKER. The film has already premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, where it has received overwhelming praise. The following images really do represent Park’s dark and sinister imagery, as well as his expert use of colours. You can almost feel the tension between stars Matthew Goode, Nicole Kidman, and Mia Wasikowska, just by the way Park has constructed his shots.
