Must Watch! Incredible Clip From ‘Stoker’

Not long to go now until Park Chan Wook’s STOKER is unleashed upon the world, and judging by this clip it’s going to be a blinder. This clip sees the local sheriff interrogating Mia Wasikowska over the disappearance of a local boy. Everything in this clip is amazing, from the direction and music to the cinematography and performances. See how we are taken (in a single shot) from viewing the conversation through a mirror with Matthew Goode’s eavesdropping uncle out of focus in the foreground, all the way to viewing the sheriff through a rain splatted pane of glass. The atmosphere and intensity in this clip alone beats most so called thrillers. We showed a clip earlier this week which also hinted at a dark relationship between Goode and Wasikowska.
