Like being possessed by an evil spirit of the dead, the EVIL DEAD remake is gradually dragging me further and further into the realm of intrigue and excitement. I was never a huge fan of the original, but any film that boasts practical effects and deliciously grotesque gore deserves a closer look. And a closer look is exactly what we have here with a number of stills and behind the scenes photos. Fans will be able to play “Spot The Reference” and I can’t help but wonder if that tree scene will win the MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss.
EVIL DEAD is released 5th April in the US and 19th April in the UK. It stars Jane Levy, Jessica Lucas, Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, and Elizabeth Blackmore.
