Just yesterday it was confirmed that Harrison Ford was taking a role in Adam McKay’s ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND CONTINUES, and we already have set pictures. The pictures show us Will Ferrell in character as Ron Burgundy and Harrison Ford as a legendary anchorman type character. We also get a glimpse of Veronica Corningstone herself, Christina Applegate.
I’m very excited about this sequel, but wonder if it will fulfill the final narration of the original. A decade on, I also wonder if this will be set in the 1980s or keep it 70s.
ANCHORMAN: THE LEGEND CONTINUES will be released on 20th December 2013. It stars Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, Christina Applegate, Meagan Goode, Dylan Baker, Kristen Wiig, John C. Reilly, James Marsden, Harrison Ford, and David Koechner.
