Here’s a nasty little trailer for PENTHOUSE NORTH starring Michelle Monaghan and Michael Keaton.
Monaghan (SOURCE CODE) plays Sara, a photojournalist who was blinded in Iraq and is now enjoying life with her boyfriend. That is until he is murdered and she is drawn into a ‘game of cat and mouse’ (aren’t they always?) with her two tormentors, including Michael Keaton (everyone’s second favourite Batman) as Hollander, a right sod who will stop at nothing to find the diamonds in Sara’s apartment.
Before you watch, here’s a trigger warning. It includes moments of sexual abuse, torture, waterboarding and other nasty things done to Monaghan’s blind protaganist. If that’s your bag, you’ll find the trailer below. Personally, I think you could do without it.
PENTHOUSE NORTH is directed by Joseph Ruben (SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY). No release date has been set as yet.
