The series based on the 2009 film ZOMBIELAND, has its very own poster to give you a bit of a tease. The series is one of the first ventures for Amazon Studios, since they’re tired of just selling books and stuff. The original film was met with great critical praise thanks to its use of humour and endearing characters. ZOMBIE LAND: THE SERIES will only produce a pilot at first, which will be watchable on Amazon Instant (US) or LOVEFiLM (UK), along with a number of other pilots. Based on user reviews and feedback, Amazon will decide if they wish to continue with an entire series.
Of course, none of the original cast will be returning, with Tallahassee being played by Kirk Ward, Maiara Walsh cast as Wichita, Tyler Ross taking on the role of Columbus, and Izabela Vidovic portraying Little Rock.
