While today has seen the death of arguably Britain’s most divisive individual in Margaret Thatcher, the latest Wolfpack reunion, THE HANGOVER PART III, does much the same for the film world. I’m one of many that thought Todd Phillips box-office comedy was a blast, and I even found a little joy with the sequel (even though it was a rerun of the first film), but for the life of me I fail to see the appeal of the annoying Ken Jeong. For me, he brings down every film he’s been in, with an over-the-top approach to roles for the inclusion of ‘supposed’ laughs. Here’s hoping the concluding part brings with it, the death of Mr. f****ing Chow, as hinted at in this new poster also featuring Ed Helms’ Stu.
Shame the cast didn’t refuse to work with him like they did with Mel Gibson for his cameo in THE HANGOVER PART II.
THE HANGOVER PART III is released on the 24th May with fellow returnees Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper, Justin Bartha, Heather Graham, Mike Tyson, Jeffrey Tambor, Gillian Vigman, Sasha Barrese, and Jamie Chung.
