Bruce Willis and John Malkovich had theirs yesterday, now it’s the turn of the lovely ladies leading action-comedy sequel, RED 2. Like a fine wine, Helen Mirren still looks ravishing at the age of 68, so to save you looking around for that old bootleg uncut copy of CALIGULA, check out her retired operative Victoria from the film, this time directed by GALAXY QUEST’s Dean Parisot. Don’t dwell too much though as Welsh wonder Catherine Zeta-Jones is also fairly foxy as newcomer to the franchise, Miranda Wood.
RED 2, will again follow former CIA agent Frank Moses and his motley crew of retired assassins, and co-stars Anthony Hopkins, Byung-hun Lee, Mary Louise Parker, Neal McDonough and David Thewlis, so expect some of those to feature in their own artwork before Friday’s new trailer launch. It hits cinemas in the US from the 19th July and the UK from the 2nd August.
