The latest poster for the box-office spanking series sequel THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE has been released via Lionsgates’ Instagram. The poster sees Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen standing atop a big rock armed with her trusty bow. As she looks out on the world, the clouds behind her seem to form angelic wings that are reminiscent of the franchise’s emblem of the mockingjay.
THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE will pick up where the last film left off, as Katniss and her partner Peeta must go on a victor’s tour of the districts. Meanwhile, the 75th Hunger Games is getting ready to erupt despite the rumblings of a possible rebellion aimed at the lavish Capitol.
THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE is released 22nd November 2013. It stars Jennifer Lawrence, Donald Sutherland, Liam Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Sam Claflin, Jena Malone, Stanley Tucci, Woody Harrelson, Jeffrey Wright, Amanda Plummer, Lenny Kravitz, and Toby Jones.
