Wilson & Vaughn Let ‘The Internship’ Come Between Them In New Poster & TV Spots

The WEDDING CRASHERS return to the big-screen together for the first-time since the 2005 hit with Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn leading Shawn Levy’s fish-out-of-water workplace comedy THE INTERNSHIP. The film sees the likeable duo as recently laid off salesman who decide to comfront technology for the first time by conning there way into working at internet giant Google. Of course, they’re pretty clueless and the hilarity is sure to come.

The official synopsis is as follows:

Billy (Vince Vaughn) and Nick (Owen Wilson) are salesmen whose careers have been torpedoed by the digital world. Trying to prove they are not obsolete, they defy the odds by talking their way into a coveted internship at Google, along with a battalion of brilliant college students. But, gaining entrance to this utopia is only half the battle. Now they must compete with a group of the nation’s most elite, tech-savvy geniuses to prove that necessity really is the mother of re-invention.

THE INTERNSHIP enroles in US cinemas from 7th June and the UK 4th July. It co-stars Rose Byrne, Dylan O’Brien, John Goodman, B.J. Novak, Josh Gad, Max Minghella and JoAnna Garcia Swisher. Check out these four TV spots and brand new poster.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
