It looks like the lads of THE HUNGERS GAME trilogy are keeping themselves busy during Cannes but this time it is Liam Hemsworth joining a new project. It was revealed today that Hemsworth will be joining AURORA RISING, a new project scripted by screenwriter Christian Gudegast, his latest project since 2003’s A MAN APART.
The story follows a Southern California surfer turned military pilot who, after completed his first combat mission, gets recruited to be part of an elite team to test the next generation of aircraft. As this happens, an international conflict begins to escalate.
We wonder what star of the series will have a new project to announce next?
