The first trailer and poster for PREDATORS director Nimród Antal’s 3D concert movie-turned-dark thriller, METALLICA: THROUGH THE NEVER.
The features the band members of the legendary rock giants alongside CHRONICLE and THE PLACE BEYOND THE PINES’ rising star Dane DeHaan, whose stage crewman finds his life turned on its head during one of the groups sell-out shows. Fans of the heavy metal music scene will find this unique effort right up their street. Fingers crossed it not as desperately bizarre and overly pretentious as Micheal Jackson’s MOONWALKER, which notoriously tried something similar by mixing stage footage with a plot that saw the late superstar turn into bloody car!
METALLICA: THROUGH THE NEVER stars James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett, Robert Trujillo and is slated for US cinemas and IMAX from the 9th August. No word on a UK date yet.
