66th Cannes Film Festival Winners Are…

The 66th Cannes Film Festival grand jury, led by legendary US filmmaker Steven Spielberg, unveiled its full list of winners of the prestigious ceremony over the weekend. The two-week event came to a close on Sunday night with the following list of acclaimed films and individuals walking away with some well-deserved recognition, as well as their titles and names now a whole lot more prominent on the movie radar. The  full list of winners are:

Palme d’Or
BLUE IS THE WARMEST COLOUR, dir: Abdellatif Kechiche

Grand Prize

INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS, dir: Ethan and Joel Coen

Best Director
Amat Escalante for HELI

Jury Prize
LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON, dir: Hirokazu Kore-Eda

Best Screenplay
Zhangke Jia for A TOUCH OF KIN

Best Actress
Bérénice Bejo for THE PAST

Best Actor
Bruce Dern for NEBRASKA
