It seems that these days you hear about cancelled TV shows getting a new life on another network. This year, ABC’s HAPPY ENDINGS looked to be the only front-runner for the transition, but it seems that the show won’t be getting the happy ending it deserved as it has been announced the cult TV show will not be moving to another network.
Although it was initially rumoured the ABC show would be moving to USA Network, as USA is preparing to launch MODERN FAMILY, the low ratings played a factor in the big-0le book of money and so it’s now not going to be picked up. Instead, USA will be using the money to work on their own half hour comedy series.
Either way, HAPPY ENDINGS fan base won’t let this show go without a fight, and rightly so…it may not be the last we hear of this!
