We’ve just received this quite amusing featurette to help push you towards watching THE INTERNSHIP starring Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. It’s the first time they’ve been put together in the leads since the also unexpectedly funny WEDDING CRASHERS. There’s a definite ‘type’ of comedy in play with this style of movie but they’ve usually got a lot of heart among the sometimes child-like and off-kilter approach.
In THE INTERNSHIP, we follow Billy (Vince Vaughn) and Nick (Owen Wilson) who are salesmen but their careers have been torpedoed by the digital world. As they try to prove they still know what’s going on, they want to defy the odds by talking their way into a coveted internship at Google, along with a battalion of brilliant college students.

THE INTERNSHIP is directed by Shawn Levy (DATE NIGHT, NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM) and also stars Rose Byrne, Dylan O’Brien, John Goodman, B.J. Novak, Josh Gad, Max Minghella and JoAnna Garcia Swisher. It opens in the US from 7th June and the UK 4th July.
