Noel Clarke’s THE ANOMALY has today revealed it’s top billing cast with Ian Somerhalder and Luke Hemsworth confirmed onboard. The sci-fi thriller, which started production last week, will be Clarke’s 3rd directing credit after crime thriller 4.3.2.1 and Brit drama ADULTHOOD.
With a screen play written by Simon Lewis THE ANOMALY finds an ex-solider (likely Somerhalder) who wakes up in a van with nothing but a kidnapped kid and nine minutes and 37 seconds of consciousness to figure out what the deal is. If you like your action thrillers with a highly precise time frame constraint for the hero to find glory look no further!
Somerhalder is best known for starring in the American tv series ‘The Vampire Diaries‘ and ‘Lost‘ with not much big screen work to his name. Hemsworth ( no not that one, or that one, this is their older brother) is an alumni of Australian stalwart ‘Neighbours’ but will be seen co-starring with Vinnie Jones in 2013’s THE 34TH BATTALION.
Noel Clarke will feature as well as direct alongside fellow cast members Brian Cox and Alexis Knapp.
