First Incredible Trailer For ‘Snowpiercer’

In keeping with its train setting, a SNOWPIERCER trailer has finally arrived very late into the game. The English language debut from Korean mast Bong Joon Ho, sees the human race confined to a train that travels around a post apocalyptic world. Unfortunately, us humans are notorious shits, and the lower classes are confined to the back of the train where things are all a bit glum. Enter Chris Evans, Octavia Spencer, Jamie Bell, and the amazing Song Kang Ho, as they attempt to take back the front of the train. With Evans deciding to kill everyone up front, this is bound to be a violent and disturbing affair with a socio-political message and plenty of action.

Bong Joon Ho is one of the greatest directors working today and has given us the stunning MEMORIES OF MURDER, THE HOST, and MOTHER. SNOWPIERCER looks to be in line with those films in terms of tone and quality, but with a much bigger budget.

SNOWPIERCER is getting a 1st August release date in South Korea, but other territories are yet to get a release date. It stars Chris Evans, Song Kang Ho, Octavia Spencer, Jamie Bell, Tilda Swinton, Ed Harris, John Hurt, Ewen Bremner, Ko Ah Sung, and Alison Pill.
