It looks like Krysten Ritter won’t have time to worry about the cancellation of DON’T TRUST THE B—- IN APARTMENT 23 as it was revealed she will be joining Christoph Waltz and Amy Adams in Tim Burton’s latest flick BIG EYES.
The film, written by Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski, tells the story of a married couple called Margaret and Walter Keane (played by Adams and Waltz) whose paintings of large-eyed children become art sensations of the 1950s and 1960s. It will follow how Margaret comes out of her shell and tries to claim the credit she deserves after splitting from her husband.
While Ritter’s latest role was in the recently cancelled ABC show, she has also starred in BREAKING BAD and films such as 27 DRESSES and KILLING BONO. In BIG EYES, Ritter will be playing the character DeAnn, the free-spirited friend of Margaret who tries to help her come out of her shell.
