RUSH, the Formula One themed biopic from Ron Howard, descends on cinemas in September, and I’ve already had the pleasure of seeing the film back in April. The site is sworn to secrecy – I really would love to share thoughts on this – but let me share this; the film has all of the qualities to potentially make this the best Ron Howard film for years.
Chris Hemsworth stars as the English F1 driver James Hunt with the theme of the film focusing in on his well known rivalry with German driver Niki Lauda (played here by Daniel Bruhl), as they battle for the 1976 Formula One world championship.

Olivia Wilde, Alexandra Maria Lara, Stephen Mangan, Christian McKay, Julian Rhind-Tutt, Jamie de Courcey, Pierfrancesco Favino and Natalie Dormer star in the film, which hits UK cinemas on the 13th September and US cinemas on September 30.
