Exclusive: New TV Spot For Jason Statham Thriller ‘Hummingbird’

This week saw THN cover the world premiere of brooding thriller HUMMINGBIRD (also known as REDEMPTION and CRAZY JOE in some territories) in central London. The film is written and directed by Steven Knight, best known as the screenwriter of Cronenberg masterclass EASTERN PROMISES, and is headlined by British beefcake Jason Statham as Joey Jones. His homeless ex-special forces soldier is on the run from a military court martial after struggling to deal with past events. However, he finds navigating London’s criminal underworld leads to an opportunity to assume another man’s identity, and in turn transforming into a ruthless avenging angel.

We’ve a brand new television spot from the film hitting cinemas from the 28th June and co-stars Vicky McClure, Benedict Wong, Siobhan Hewlett, Christian Brassington and Ian Pirie.
