Variety is reporting that Arnold Schwarzenegger has joined the cast of the strangely titled MAGGIE, a film that revolves around a teenage girl who gets herself infected by a zombie, and subsequently takes a full 6 months to make the change to the walking dead. The film details the effect the incident has on her family, with Arnold playing the part of her devoted father. Chloe Grace Moretz is already attached to play the title role in the film, which is directed by first time feature helmer Henry Hobson.
I say that Moretz is attached, but the trade paper also adds that the teen star of the forthcoming KICK ASS 2 has a few scheduling conflicts that may see her have issues with committing to filming, but for the moment she remains with the project.
