‘Teen Wolf’ Gets First Viewer Discretion Warning

Ooh boy! MTV’s TEEN WOLF looks set to get its first viewer discretion warning when its new episode airs next week, according to the show’s Twitter account.

The episode, which will be titled ‘Motel California’, sees the TEEN WOLF gang staying in an infamous motel that is known for its high suicide rate. The logline for the episode provides a little more insight:

“Stranded at a motel for the night because of the postponed cross country meet, Scott and the others suffer strange experiences that cause them to believe members of their own group may be the mysterious killer’s newest targets.”

But why the warning? Many fans have speculated the high rating is down to the fact that characters Danny (Keahu Kahuanui) and Ethan (Charlie Carver) will be getting it on, but MTV were very quick to knock that down, saying:

“Mature content comes in many forms, but I’m gonna go with the scary parts warranting this discretion.”

Judging by the extended trailer for the episode (which airs on MTV in the US next Monday) we have to say things look quite steamy! But MTV are probably right; next week’s episode looks scary indeed. TEEN WOLF stars Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Posey and Tyler Hoechilin.
