The first couple of images from the upcoming OUT OF THE FURNACE have debuted online over at USA Today. The images, featuring Christian Bale and Woody Harrelson, can be seen below, along with the official synopsis for the film, which opens in the US this coming November 27. Casey Affleck, Forest Whitaker, Willem Dafoe, Sam Shepard and Zoe Saldana also star.
From the critically-acclaimed writer and director of “Crazy Heart” comes a gripping and gritty dramatic thriller about fate, circumstance, and justice. Russell (Bale) and his younger brother Rodney (Affleck) live in the economically-depressed Rust Belt, and have always dreamed of escaping and finding better lives.
