I’m always a sucker for murder mysteries and the dark thriller SOLACE could be another one for myself, and many others, to seek out.
We’ve the first official image from the film still shooting in Atlanta. It stars Anthony Hopkins as a former doctor with psychic capabilities, drawn into the case with a team of FBI agents, which include Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Abbie Cornish, as they hunt down sadistic serial-killer Colin Farrell. Making things a little more interesting is the fact the dangerous man they’re attempting to track down also boasts the same talent as the man brought in to help.
Afonso Poyart is currently directing from a script worked on by Jamie Vanderbilt, Sean Bailey, Peter Morgan and Ted Griffin. SOLACE is expected to hit cinemas later next year.
