See Coogan Talking Cock In Latest Clip From ‘Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa’

Last night saw Norwich’s favourite son Alan Partridge (aka the brilliant and in character Steve Coogan), descend on a packed and pedestrianised city centre for the successful online campaign to have the failed chat show host-turned-radio DJ premiere his big-screen adventure, ALAN PARTRIDGE: ALPA PAPA.

The North Norfolk Digital Disc Jockey finds himself reborn and in the spotlight once again when a sacked colleague (Colm Meaney) takes hostages and refuses to negotiate with anyone other than the former Lintern Travel Tavern resident. Alan sees this as the perfect opportunity to become the hero (and hopefully) land the high-calibre breakfast spot on the regional radio channel. Surely perfect action fodder to include a Kate Bush medley?
