Seeing the cast and crew of Bryan Singer’s forthcoming X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST on the same stage was something quite remarkable at Comic Con only a week or so ago. Also impressive was the awesome and intense extended trailer giving the lowdown of Logan’s mission to travel back in time and stop the impending disaster brought on by Peter Dinklage’s Boliver Trask and his mutant-hunting cyborgs, The Sentinels.
A viral website, Trask-Industries.com, has been revealed and gives us the first official footage in both video and stills of Dinklage as the eccentric, billionaire inventor of the army of robotic guardians, supposedly designed to protect humans from the threat of mutants. It also includes that Trask Industries commercial that was recently seen in James Mangold’s X-MEN spin-off THE WOLVERINE.
X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST is directed by Bryan Singer, featuring a breathless cast that includes Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Patrick Stewart, Michael Fassbender, Ian McKellen, Nicholas Hoult, Omar Sy, Peter Dinklage, Halle Berry, Adan Canto, Fan Bingbing, Anna Paquin, Evan Peters, Daniel Cudmore, Ellen Page and Booboo Stewart. It hits cinemas on 23rd May 2014.
