Many people will have given a huge sigh of relief upon hearing that 2013 would be the first PARANORMAL ACTIVITY free year since 2008. The news broke earlier this year, which was surprising as PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 4 (Revenge Of Kinnect) contained a stinger which hinted at a Latino spin-off. Well 2014 will more than make-up for our lack of found-footage ghostly goings on as PARANORMAL ACTIVITY films are to bookend the end.
First up will be the aforementioned Latino spin-ff PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: THE MARKED ONES, due to open on 3rd January 2014. PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 5 will then follow just 9 months later on 24th October 2014. Although I love found-footage films and everything they stand for, I’ve never been a massive PARANORMAL ACTIVITY fan. Perhaps this year long break is just to remind us that we don’t know what we got till it’s gone.
