Heading the investigation, Detective Loki (Jake Gyllenhaal) arrests its driver, Alex Jones (Paul Dano), but a lack of evidence forces his release.
As the police pursue multiple leads and pressure mounts, knowing his child’s life is at stake the frantic Dover decides he has no choice but to take matters into his own hands. But just how far will this desperate father go to protect his family?

Finally, we have a first set of images from The Weinstein Company’s attempt at a TWILIGHT franchise with an adaptation of the first of Richelle Mead’s VAMPIRE ACADEMY novel series, sub-titled BLOOD SISTERS. It’s directed by MEAN GIRLS’ Mark Waters.
Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir, half human/vampire, guardians of the Moroi, peaceful, mortal vampires living discretely within our world. Her legacy is to protect the Moroi from bloodthirsty, immortal Vampires, the Strigoi. This is her story.
The film stars Olga Kurylenko, Sarah Hyland, Zoey Deutch, Joely Richardson, Sami Gayle, Gabriel Byrne, Cameron Monaghan, Lucy Fry, Danila Kozlovsky, and Claire Foy. It’s due 14th February 2014.
Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.

Please don’t say/imply stuff like “Finally, we have a first set of images from The Weinstein Company’s attempt at a TWILIGHT franchise … ”
Fans for the book have waited for a very long time for the movie and its not an “attempt” to copy Twilight … If you read the source material, it is the complete OPPOSITE of Twilight!
