With all the star power already onboard for another adventure with the EXPENDABLES crew, you’d have thought they can’t be much room (or money) left to include anyone else. Well, you’d be proved wrong as newcomer Glen Powell has join the cast on the action sequel currently being prepped for a Los Angeles shoot next month. His credits include a minor part in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, as well as TV faves WITHOUT A TRACE and CSI: MIAMI. He’s set to take the role of a military hacker and drone expert in the film being directed by RED HILL’s Patrick Hughes.
Bruce Willis may have been told to bugger off but Powell will still appear opposite Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson, Antonio Banderas, Jason Statham, Kellan Lutz, Ronda Rousey and Victor Ortiz, while Jackie Chan, Wesley Snipes, Nicolas Cage and Milla Jovovich are due finalise their deals in the coming days and weeks.
THE EXPENDABLES 3 is slated for cinemas from the 15th August 2014.
