Jeremy Piven Joins Tom Cruise In ‘Edge Of Tomorrow’

2013 Winter TCA Tour - Day 12

Since wrapping on HBO’s Entourage in 2011, Jeremy ‘Ari Gold’ Piven has been pretty quiet aside from ITV drama, Mr Selfridge. 2012 saw him star opposite Miley Cyrus in SO UNDERCOVER and voicing the hilarious Black Bellamy in THE PIRATES! IN AN ADVENTURE WITH SCIENTISTS!, but 2014 looks to be far more exciting.

Alongside the constant Entourage movie rumours and his role in SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR, Piven has landed himself the role of Colonel Walter Marx in Doug Liman’s EDGE OF TOMORROW during its UK reshoots. Previously known as ALL YOU NEED IS KILL, EDGE OF TOMORROW sees Tom Cruise battling his own personal GROUNDHOG DAY – but with far more alien activity.

Set for release in June 2014, EDGE OF TOMORROW also stars Emily Blunt, Bill Paxton, Charlotte Riley, Jonas Armstrong and Tony Way.

Now, altogether everybody – “LLOYYYYDDD!!”
