Catherine Hardwicke directed PLUSH has released a trailer and a wealth of new pictures ahead of it’s imminent cinema release next month. The film stars Emily Browning as a rock star in turmoil dealing with the death of her brother from a drug overdose. Piled on top of that is her husband,Cam Gigandet (THE ROOMMATE) who is jealous of her burgeoning relationship with the band’s new guitarist Enzo, played by Xavier Samuel (THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE), and her new album sinking on release.
Before TWILIGHT Hardwicke directed LORDS OF DOGTOWN and THIRTEEN which both looked at the darker and seedier sides of their subject matter. PLUSH looks to continue this tradition with a dark and disjointed trailer giving us an insight into what to expect from the movie.
