Tense New TV Spots From Alfonso Cuaron’s ‘Gravity’

The acclaimed director of the superb CHILDREN OF MEN and arguably the best effort in the HARRY POTTER franchise, Alfonso Cuaron, is behind the upcoming sci-fi thriller GRAVITY. The film, shot in 3D, is led by Oscar-winners Sandra Bullock and George Clooney as a couple of astronauts working on a routine mission in the outer atmosphere who encounter a problem leading to a terrifying fight for survival. Cuaron’s film will have zero sound effects or musical score aside from the head-set conversations between leads.

Check out a couple of tense new television spots from the gripping new flick playing on the terror of isolation and set for the big-screen 4th October in the US and 18th October here in the UK.

Craig was our great north east correspondent, proving that it’s so ‘grim up north’ that losing yourself in a world of film is a foregone prerequisite. He has been studying the best (and often worst) of both classic and modern cinema at the University of Life for as long as he can remember. Craig’s favorite films include THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, JFK, GOODFELLAS, SCARFACE, and most of John Carpenter’s early work, particularly THE THING and HALLOWEEN.
