As summer slowly starts to come to a close, it can only mean one thing: festival season (shortly followed by awards season!). Today we can bring you the stunning first poster for crime thriller WE GOTTA GET OUT OF THIS PLACE which will premiere at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival, directed by first-timers Simon and Zeke Hawkins.
Starring Jeremy Allen White (MOVIE 43), Mackenzie Davis (SMASHED) and Logan Huffman (V), the drama surrounds three teenagers who promise each other they’ll make it out of their tiny town, only to become embroiled in a deep, dark crime underworld after stealing from the wrong man. The poster, designed and hand-painted by Sean Phillips, is truly beautiful, full of colour and emotion – hopefully reflecting the film.
WE GOTTA GET OUT OF THIS PLACE will premiere at TIFF on 7th September 2013. No word as-of-yet of a general release date.
