A trio of new images from this October’s MACHETE KILLS have been released over at The Playlist. The action sequel to Robert Rodriguez’s original, which was spawned from a faux trailer contained in between the two Grindhouse movies PLANET TERROR and DEATH PROOF, once again stars Danny Trejo as the moustached hero, who is gunning for more blood after being recruited by the President of the United States, played by Charlie Sheen (here billed as Carlos Estevez) for a mission to hunt down a ruthless billionaire arms dealer.
The film also stars Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard, Lady Gaga, Antonio Banderas, Jessica Alba, Demián Bichir, Alexa Vega, Vanessa Hudgens, Cuba Gooding, Jr., William Sadler, Marko Zaror and Mel Gibson. Rodriguez once again directs from his own screenplay.
MACHETE KILLS is released in both the UK and the US on 11th October 2013.
