With the release of THOR: THE DARK WORLD edging ever closer Marvel are pulling out all the stops to make sure everyone is watching the god of thunder make his return at the end of the month. Marvel have now released two new international TV spots for the film to wet our appetites just a little bit more before Thor smashes into theatres.
THOR: THE DARK WORLD is Marvel’s second post-AVENGERS film after the billion dollar success that was IRON MAN 3 in May, so clearly they are hoping to re-capture some of that success by capitalising on the popularity of both THE AVENGERS and IRON MAN. The film will see Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) reunited whilst the entire fabric of reality is under threat from the vengeful Malekith the Accursed played by DOCTOR WHO star Christopher Eccleston, which forces Thor to call upon his imprisoned brother Loki (Tom Hiddleston) for help.
