The headline says it all really, and while when you first watch it you may think that it’s a parody video, we assure you that this is a very serious remake of one of the best television series of all time. This is the Latin American version of ‘Breaking Bad,’ which looks as if it translates the story note for note, and shot for shot, with a few subtle changes, as you’ll see in the following promo.
METASTASIS tells the story of Walter, partner Jose (Jesse), wife Cielo (Skyler) and brother-in-law, and narcotics agent, Henry Navarro (Hank). Apparently the makers of the show are in close consultation with US creator, writer, director and showrunner Vince Gilligan, but is said to be have been toned down in terms of plot content and violence.
