Ben Stiller’s new film THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY made its debut at the New York film festival on Saturday 5th October ahead of its 25 December release date. Entertainment Weekly has an exclusive interview with the cast of the new film including Stiller himself, Adam Scott and Patton Oswalt.
THE SECRET LIFE OF WALTER MITTY which Stiller both directed and stars in, revolves around an office worker who imagines fantasy worlds to live in where he gets to experience an adventurous life whilst desperately in love with his co worker played by Kristen Wiig. Early reviews for the film indicate it’s as heart warming and charming as the trailer’s indicate which should please fans of the original 1947 film. ‘We just wanted to honor the material and tell the story pretty simply. But I think there’s a lot beneath the surface in the Walter character, like the idea of what people have underneath. That’s something everybody in the cast related to’.
