John Krasinski – aka Jim from The Office (US) – has reportedly joined the stellar cast of Cameron Crowe’s currently untitled project.
John will co-star alongside Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone, Rachel McAdams, Danny McBride, Jay Baruchel, Alec Baldwin and Bill Murray, a cast list that nobody could doubt. Cooper will star as a defense contractor sent to Hawaii to assist with a satellite launch. However, Air Force pilot Stone catches his eye and the pair decide to sabotage it. McAdams will play Cooper’s ex-wife, and newbie John will star as her husband.
Krasinski can do no wrong in my eyes (especially as I’ve watched him in six seasons of The Office (so far)) so to see him add another feature film to his career is very exciting. As for Crowe, I’m a huge fan of his 2000 feature ALMOST FAMOUS, but I haven’t seen much else from him (apart from ELIZABETHTOWN…I’ll just leave that there).
